Founder & Principal, MGR Advisory
Max Rubinstein is a licensed CPA and the founder of MGR Advisory. He began his career at Ernst & Young, where he built a foundation in complex financial analysis and client advisory work. He later joined Blackstone, where he was immersed in institutional-grade financial structures at one of the world's leading investment firms.
Max went on to serve as Controller and CFO for a privately held real estate owner and operator in New York City, overseeing financial operations, reporting, and strategic planning across a growing portfolio.
He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and a Master's of Science in Taxation from Hofstra University, where he graduated among the top of his class.
Max is known for his organized, detail-driven approach and his ability to translate complex financial information into practical decisions. He is based in New York, where he lives with his wife, daughter, and Bichon Frise.
